Shipping Policy

The following terms describe how our online store handles purchases and customer requests.

Free United States shipping

Every order shipped within the United States receives free shipping. No minimum purchase is required for this standard delivery service.

Processing and transit

Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days. After the order is processed and accepted by the carrier, the expected transit time is 4–6 business days. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

Tracking

We provide tracking information when the order ships. Carrier scans can take time to appear, so allow a short period for the first tracking update.

Address issues and delivery problems

Enter a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout and contact us promptly if it needs correction. If a package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, send the order number and relevant details so we can review the tracking and arrange the appropriate next step.

Where we ship

We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. We do not offer international delivery under this policy.
